SANCAI LAMP

Why would you rid yourself of something that has served its original purpose when it can be transformed into something magical? In the same way as a light never extinguishes, objects and materials live forever, sometimes changing into something completely new and unexpected when tackled with the proper mindset and imagination.

Caroline De Cuyper repurposed a series of old Chinese ceramic pots once used for a Dries Van Noten show, into a flamboyant standing lamp. The stacked design finished with a gold-hued lampshade stands out while diffusing soft beams of light. The visionary concept of merging old and new will make this lamp stand out in any interior, whilst epitomising Caroline De Cuyper’s expertise and personal mission.
